If you register on DATCrusher or associated sites for a free trial, we will make one or more services available to you on a trial basis free of charge until (a) the date that you decide to purchase the product or (b) DATCrusher revokes the membership. Additional trial terms and conditions may appear on the trial registration web page. Any such additional terms and conditions are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and are legally binding.

9.2 Premium Membership Account

If you elect to pay for a DATCrusher Premium Membership subscription, you authorize DATCrusher to charge the stated fee among, and any applicable sales tax to the payment method that you provided at the time of purchase.

10. Refund Policy

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. If you cancel the service before the end of your current paid up contract, you will not be charged again and your cancellation will take effect immediately. However, you will be responsible for paying the full contract period in which the cancellation takes effect.

DATCrusher reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. DATCrusher in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service for any reason at any time. Such termination of the service will result in the removal of your account or access to your account, including forfeiting all content in your account.

11. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information.
