10.1 Free Trial Account
If you register on DATCrusher.ca or associated sites for a free trial, we will make one or more services available to you on a trial basis free of charge until (a) the date that you decide to purchase the product or (b) DATCrusher.ca revokes the membership. Additional trial terms and conditions may appear on the trial registration web page. Any such additional terms and conditions are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and are legally binding.
10.2 Premium Membership Account
If you elect to pay for a DATCrusher Premium Membership subscription, you authorize DATCrusher.ca to charge the stated fee among, and any applicable sales tax to the payment method that you provided at the time of purchase.
11. Refund Policy
You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. If you cancel the service before the end of your current paid up contract, you will not be charged again and your cancellation will take effect immediately. However, you will be responsible for paying the full contract period in which the cancellation takes effect.
DATCrusher.ca reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. DATCrusher.ca in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service for any reason at any time. Such termination of the service will result in the removal of your account or access to your account, including forfeiting all content in your account.
13. No unlawful or prohibited use/Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use DATCrusher.ca and associated Sites strictly in accordance with this Agreement. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, overburden, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site.
You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. DATCrusher.ca content and user accounts are not for resale.
